How would you fit into our team?

As a Healthcare Account Manager in the TMC team, you bring a forward-thinking approach, and are dedicated to championing the work of our clients. You will be part of an excellent team that delivers innovative solutions, building upon existing relationships with our clients in the healthcare sector, whilst nurturing new collaborations.

Some of your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing client proposals to align with their needs and expectations.
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders ranging from internal studio and marketing, through to external clients and suppliers.
  • Managing budgets and work schedules.
  • Detecting opportunities for account growth.
  • Working with our marketing team to devise strategies that successfully communicate the client’s message, whether working on a multi-channel campaign or a major congress.
  • Supporting the development of Account Executives.

What experience, skills and knowledge are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you are able to manage and prioritise multiple projects. You are equally skilled working as part of a team and individually. Moreover, we see that you excel in most of the following characteristics:

  • Account and client management – using your experience of account management in the healthcare sector, you will deliver great work to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Relationship development – you enjoy developing relationships with clients and seize every opportunity to help grow the accounts and identify new benefits for the client.
  • Communication is key – as the main point of contact for our clients, it is important that you keep the team and clients in the loop with project developments.
  • Time management – your great time management skills will assist you whilst managing multiple projects across multiple client accounts.
  • Consistency – you will use your previous experience and proactiveness to consistently produce excellent results.
