The Solution

As the biggest medical technology event outside of the USA, we recognised that The MedTech Forum required an innovative approach which utilised digital platforms to maximise reach.

Working with MedTech Europe we identified three target groups who would benefit most from attending the event. Using a multi-channel approach we developed a communication strategy that included the use of LinkedIn sponsored content. This LinkedIn content was developed to specifically highlight the business benefits of attending to each of the target audiences.

Dedicated landing pages and email were used throughout the campaign to deliver audience-specific messages, building audience trust and increasing engagement.

Social media channels were used to communicate more general messages and to support LinkedIn activity.

The result was 50% more attendees compared to the previous years' event with over 700 new LinkedIn followers.

The MedTech Forum is one of the largest health and medical technology industry conferences in Europe and a key event since 2007. The conference brings together leading innovators and investors to discuss the future opportunities in the medical technology sector.

We created a series of images to accompany regular social media posts. These were designed to increase the engagement with content, encourage social sharing and ultimately increase the exposure of the event.
