There has been a wealth of speculation in the Congleton community about the future of one of its most notable buildings on the High Street.

What once served residents and visitors as B&M and Woolworths now stands empty, crying out for new owners to transform its large spaces into a hub of activity once again.

As proud residents of Congleton ourselves, we are delighted to share how TMC is going to form the next part of this buildings story…

The building is now owned by Tim and Jan McCloud (CEO and COO of TMC Creative Ltd), with grand plans for the regeneration. The transformation will enlist local contractors and suppliers, to bring new life to the centre of Congleton.

The aspiration is to create an environment that is welcomed by the local residents and TMC’s employees, connecting our people with the wider Congleton community.

Behind-the-scenes timelapse of continued work at our new creative hub – here you can see the partition walls being erected, spaces being mapped out and most significantly, the huge space cut into the first floor, to allow for the new theatre-style seating that will connect the two floors and act as the heart of the hub.
