TMC Appoints Ian Traynor as Non-Executive Director
We’re delighted to have Non-Executive Director Ian Traynor join our team at TMC
Having Ian join us as a Non-Executive Director is a great opportunity for TMC and it comes at an extremely exciting stage of our business growth. An experienced executive from Corporate and SME businesses, Ian will help to bring the focus required to take TMC to the next level.
Ian is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the IoD. He has also been nominated for the accolade of Non-Executive Director of the Year. In addition to this, he is a visiting Fellow of the Henley Business School, where he provides a wealth of experience and insight.
Upon joining TMC, Ian Traynor said: “Driving the over-arching strategy to rapidly scale-up the organisation, I will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and insight through what will be a period of transformation for the Cheshire based creative marketing agency.
As TMC continue to focus and build on their core markets within Healthcare, Technology and Manufacturing, it’s worth noting that in the most recent period, they have achieved over 60% year on year growth, with further plans to grow by 50%. Strong governance around this is crucial as we continue our journey. The chosen strategy of accelerated build via a mix of ‘Organic and Buy’ will further accelerate TMC’s ambitions.
I am excited to be on-boarding and aiding the business at this time.”
Continuing to Develop Innovative & Creative Solutions
The addition of Ian to our operations will strengthen our senior management team in order for us to maintain focus and further develop on our core markets. Our strong performance over recent years in Healthcare and Technology is testament to our ability and skills. Delivering innovative and creative solutions for our clients.
Our relentless focus on customer service and quality is a cornerstone of our success and one we’ll maintain going forward.
Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, TMC has continued to invest in specialist solutions. These include interactive virtual 3D environments, as well as taking opportunities to expand the services offered within the business.
Solutions have been delivered for a range of prestigious organisations such as Siemens, the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Manufacturing and Technology Centre.
Commitment to Business Growth & Progression
Alongside TMC’s current growth to date, we have successfully recruited an additional 9 staff across the organisation. With further plans to onboard 5 more in roles across the agency by the end of the 2021.
We’re also embracing the Government’s Kickstart scheme initiative. As a result, we will be recruiting a further 6 young people across the team. Providing them with the experience and mentoring to support them in their career aspirations.
Creating a Lasting Positive Social Impact
As we continue this growth journey, our commitment to our clients and team will further focus on Environmental Social Governance.
As an agency we will implement initiatives that further support our clients. This will be the key to our ongoing success in the education and social impact programmes we currently specialise in. Already, we have a proven track record in delivering engaging programmes and campaigns that leave a lasting positive social impact.
