Julia joins TMC as a business management and psychology graduate with experience in marketing, data analytics and CSR.

Since leaving school, Julia has felt drawn to opportunities that are very people focussed.  From working in bars and restaurants, volunteering in South Africa for three months, to becoming a student ambassador for her university.

Through her experience, Julia has developed a passion for creating and developing services, that bring others joy.

In selecting to study Business Management and Psychology, Julia hoped to continue this trend, and learn more about working with people and how to create something that ticks all their boxes. In her 3rd year, Julia was given the opportunity to focus her final year project on Neuromarketing, an innovative marketing technique. The ethical implications of this new technique drew her focus, and the piece became a review of the considerations businesses should make in order to protect the wider community.

Since leaving university, Julia has shown a keen interest to continue her passion for social impact and the efforts people and businesses can make to create lasting, positive change. She is looking to gain lots of valuable experience in CSR and Social Impact at TMC and wishes to bring her passions and strengths to the company and its clients.
